Tap to Pay allows merchants to accept contactless card payments directly on a mobile device without using a physical card terminal. Customers can pay by tapping their contactless card or supported mobile wallet on the merchant's device.
KMobile is a mobile point-of-sale (POS) app that enables merchants to accept payments, manage sales, and track transactions. It supports Tap to Pay, allowing contactless payments directly on compatible mobile devices.

Follow the registration steps and submit the required business and banking information. Once approved, you can start using KMobile and Tap to Pay.
The onboarding process is subjected to successful verification and approval by our payment partner (Adyen).
There are no setup or onboarding fees. Transaction fees may apply per payment processed, depending on the card type and issuing bank.
The app supports iOS mobile devices and tablets that meet the minimum OS requirements. Refer to the Apple App Store for supported versions. Android support is coming soon.

No. Tap to Pay requires an internet connection to process and confirm payments.
Yes. Tap to Pay supports international cards, subject to card network and issuer approval.
Yes. Sales and transaction history can be viewed directly in the KMobile app.
Completed orders cannot be edited. You may void the transaction or issue a refund and re-create the order.
Yes, refunds and cancellation can be made by viewing past transactions.
Credit card transactions can be viewed via the Arriv Merchant Dashboard.
Yes. Payout and reconciliation details are available in the Arriv Merchant Dashboard.
Funds are settled to your registered bank account based on the agreed payout schedule after successful transaction processing.
Inventory is refreshed automatically from the backend during data sync.
Yes. New products can be added via the app. Refer to the User Guide for detailed steps.
Yes. Items can be manually added using product search or category browsing.
Go to Profile > Data Download/Sync > Download All. Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
